Yang Style Tai Chi – 24 Movements Form
This is perhaps my favorite demonstration of the 24 form that I have found on YouTube. It’s a great form for anyone wanting to add a short Tai form to their routine for health. Just don’t expect to move like this when you start! These movements are being demonstrated by a Master with a deep understanding and many years of practice with the dance known as Tai Chi.
