The Art & Science of Healing Naturally
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The “Art & Science of Healing Naturally” is a weekly coaching program led by Certified Medical Qigong Therapist and Health Coach, Jeff Simonton. The program is ongoing with each week featuring a new lesson on how to heal yourself naturally.
The lessons are based on Jeff’s years of study and practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the healing arts. Each lesson will be presented through a short video training along with audio or written material when appropriate. The lessons are set up so that it shouldn’t take you longer than 10 minutes on average to learn the material. What you learn should then be practiced during the week and applied in real life.
This program is intended to slowly develop your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Jeff combines time-tested ancient techniques along with modern research studies which is why he feels healing naturally is both an art and a science. The lessons unfold sequentially so you will always be building upon the foundation of the practices first taught. Sometimes the lessons are light & fun and other times more serious, but always with the goal of fostering self-cultivation in the student and advoiding stagnation. Stagnation suffocates while change and new challenges provide the light and nourishment needed to grow physically, mentally and spiritually!
