The word qigong (pronounced as chi kung) is a combination of two Chinese words: “qi”, meaning vital energy or life force; and “gong”, meaning cultivation or achievement. Together, qigong implies the cultivation of vital energy. It actually refers to the self-training method or the process in which qi (vital energy) and yi (intention and mind) are cultivated through adjustment of body posture, breathing and mentality to achieve an optimal state of both mind and body.
The system of Medical Qigong we will be studying is known as Taiji 5 Element Medical Qigong (TFMQ).
This system of qigong was developed to rapidly reveal your self-healing potential, to boost your immune function and to increase internal healing capacity for many chronic diseases.
Above all, TFMQ is a true healing system that uses one formula for various health conditions by working on improving the immune system, the self-recovery and the self-regeneration capabilities. This qigong works directly on the root source of health problems instead of just the symptoms of these illnesses.
This coaching program goes well beyond learning Medical Qigong. It is a complete and comprehensive self-healing system developed by Master Binhui He based on his years of clinical experience with thousands of patients.
This complete system of self-healing was designed in response to the fact that modern medicine has failed to provide a real cure to many chronic diseases and that most of the drugs used to treat these diseases have lasting side effects. This system combines traditional Chinese Daoist philosophy, medical qigong practice and a drug-free (except where appropriate) healthy-living lifestyle to build a healthy body, balance the emotions, and cultivate the spirit.
Every student will receive a certificate of completion for Taiji Five Element Medical Qigong.
